| Once we returned with Deb and Lynn, a van drove up and the manager(?) said that was our van we had reserved. In the back of the car lot we could hear drilling and such and noticed it was in "our" van. Then Dennis noticed a back seat being inserted. A few minutes later, the van pulled up to the counter with a cracked windshield that looked strangely like the same cracked windshield of the 8-passenger van. Seems all they did was to add a seat turning it into a 12-passenger van, never mind there was no seat belts for that "new row". (It may be a few years before "Click-it or ticket" catches on in Mexico.) But God is faithful this van was exactly what we needed as there was no room left over after all the luggage and nine bodies crammed into the vehicle. |
